These Terms govern your use of the mobile game Edo's Pizza Delivery ("the Game"), published by its developer, based in Italy. By installing or playing the Game you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Game.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for private, non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted remain ours.
You may not: copy, sell, rent or redistribute the Game; modify, decompile or reverse engineer it except where the law expressly allows; remove or alter notices of ownership or attribution; or use automated tools, modified clients or exploits to interact with the Game or its services.
The Game offers an optional worldwide leaderboard. By submitting a score you agree that:
We may remove any entry, and block a device from submitting scores, where we reasonably believe these rules have been broken. Where a decision affects you and you disagree, write to us through the contact form and we will review it.
The Game is free and funded by advertising. Some advertising is optional: you may choose to watch a rewarded video to continue a run. Watching is never required to play, and rewards are granted only if the video is watched in full, as reported by the advertising provider.
We do not control the content of third-party advertising. Concerns about a specific ad can be reported to us and to Google.
The Game's road network and building footprints are derived from OpenStreetMap data, © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database Licence (ODbL).
The city shown is a simplified, stylised and partly inaccurate interpretation of a real area. Buildings, businesses, traffic and street layout are reproduced for entertainment only, are not to scale, and do not represent the real state of any place. The Game is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the City of New York or any business, brand or person referenced by any real-world street name.
The Game and its online services are provided "as is". We may change, suspend or discontinue the Game or any feature, including the leaderboard, at any time, for example if operating it is no longer sustainable. We will try to give reasonable notice where we can, but we cannot guarantee that scores or online services will remain available indefinitely.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data or loss of progress arising from use of the Game. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under Italian or EU consumer law. If you are a consumer, your mandatory legal rights are unaffected.
You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access to online services where these Terms are seriously or repeatedly broken.
Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you also benefit from the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of that country.
